Artwork Instructions
What we need:
A branded promotional product is a direct reflection upon your organisation. We want to ensure your corporate identity is crisp, clean and consistent. Although we use state of the art printing processes, the final product will only look as good as the artwork submitted to us. For these reasons, we list our requirements for submitting artwork below.
To avoid any art delays and/or art charges, we request 'vector' art - which generally is native to Adobe Illustrator created art files. Most often, the file will end in .ai, .eps, .svg or a vector based .pdf
When we are printing digital full colour art or embroidering an item, vector art is not required, but high resolution art still is.
If you are not able to send a file in these formats, we do have a full feature art department which can work with and recreate your bitmapped or raster jpeg, tiff, png or non-vector pdf and word files. Charges for redrawing vary depending on complexity of the design. Please contact your account manager to confirm costs.
